Daily Activity Review
OK, so you have set the
systems in place for your sales staff. They have been told to make
regular sales calls, they know that they need 5 appointments booked per
day, they know to aim for 1 referrals per sale. Everything is in
place. Rest assured as you know that they are all doing their
jobs. Leave them to their own devices....
Membership sales are the most important aspect of your business.
Without members there is no business! So I would suggest that a
close eye needs to be kept on your sales team... everyday!!
In this months ClubMarketer we have a simple Daily Activity Review sheet
designed for you to keep a close watch on the activity of your sales
team..
This should be produced at the end of each day by sales manager or senior
membership consultant and placed in the general managers tray.
Alternatively the results should be emailed to you by 10am the following morning.
